Capital Health Plan

Engineer of Record for a new three-story Capital Health Plan office building located within the Metropolitan Corporate Center in Tallahassee, Florida. The building is approximately 72,000 sq ft with a construction cost of $14.4 M. The building is constructed of a structural steel frame supporting a bar joist and metal deck roof, as well as composite steel framing supporting a metal deck. The ground floor concrete slab is supported by a shallow foundation system.
