Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority

New 24,000 square foot two-story sorority house, with a construction budget of $6.3M, built above a new parking structure. The parking structure was designed with cast-in-place exterior retaining walls. The residential structure was designed with pre-engineered wood trusses supported by load bearing wood-framed walls and beams.
